Retail Vendors and Wholesale Distributors are required to submit the following documents:
(1) Business Name / Contact Information.
(2) A List of Products / Clients with your company.
(3) Busines References (for example: Company Registered Certificate or other Company Paperwork, eBay Account, Trade References, ect).
(4) Description of what type of business you doing. (for example: Retail Vendor / Wholesale / Online, Storeowner, etc.)
(5) A photocopy of a current drivers licence, passport, or other governmental identity confirming document.
(6) A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) / Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA).
(7) A Financial Statement for Qualification.
(8) California Resale Certificate.
(9) Payment to www.waterboony.com made in advance before waterboony shipment to Retail Vendor. Shipping to be paid by Retail Vendor. After 1 year of continued satisfactory business relationship, a discount of 10% off regularly invoiced shipment will be extended to the Retail Vendor.
