(9) TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

PAYMENT METHODS: (1) Online - Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Diners Club. (2) Prepaid Company Check, Personal Check, Cashier Check or Money Order (Note: All Prepaid Orders will take longer to process because all checks must be cleared, including Cashier's Checks, due to the existence of fraudulent checks. Allow 7 to 10 business days.) (3)Bank Wire Transfer (Note: We charge a $15.00 fee for accepting bank wire transfers.)

PAYMENT TERMS ON ORDERS: An order is not binding upon Wholesale Vendor / Retailer until it is accepted by Waterboony.com and payment is received. Waterboony.com must receive payment before it will accept an order unless otherwise previously agreed in writing. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card or some other method prearranged with Waterboony.com.

CREDIT TERMS: When credit terms have been established, Customer agrees to pay the amount due as specified on the invoice and agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

SHIPPING CHARGES/STATE TAXES: Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges as well as applicable state sales tax, and shown on Waterboony.com's Invoice.

PROCESSING TIME: Online orders are processed within 1-3 days. Waterboony.com aims to ship your order within 1 - 5 days and is subject to change due to supply and demand and circumstances beyond our control.

BACK ORDERS: Any items that are unavailable will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. Estimated ship dates will be provided however please note that these dates are "estimates" and not guaranteed to arrive on that date. Substitutions are available if agreed to in writing or email confirmation from Waterboony.com and Customer / Retailer / Wholesale Vendor.

SHIPPING POLICY: Waterboony.com carefully inspects all shipments. Customers must inspect their shipments upon delivery.

An independent shipping contractor such as UPS, FedEx or USPS will deliver the order. Wholesaler / Customer / Retailer should inspect the package(s) closely. Note any box damage including scuffs, dents, tears, punctures or creases on the delivery receipt.

If there is damage to the shipment, the you must refuse the package and contact Waterboony.com immediately. Waterboony.com must be notified of any damage on any shipment within 7 days of receipt. Waterboony.com cannot guarantee replacement at no cost to the recipient when notified of damage after 7 days of receipt.

RETURN POLICY: All sales are final. If there is an incorrect size issue and the Waterboony hat has not been used / soaked / soiled, it may be exchanged if agreement made between customer and Waterboony.com via writing or email.
